Club Events

This is a family event that is typically held at a local farm in our area. Depending on the location activities can include such things as: hayrides, corn maze, pumpkin patch, play areas and refreshments. 

These events are dinners that take place off site from our regular meetings in June and December. At the installment we announce the new board and committees coming up for the following year as well as the member of the year. 

Tis the season for the whole family. This event includes snacks, activities and of course a one on one visit with our own Santa Claus. 

A great Springtime get together for families to enjoy snacks, activities, an Easter egg hunt and photos with the Easter Bunny.

Internal (or inreach) opportunities will include, but are not limited to providing meals for new mothers, providing kits to expecting mothers on bed rest, and other needs as determined by the Coordinators. 

Out reach is where we do activities to support our communities. Outreach opportunities may include, but are not limited to providing meals to
Ronald McDonald house, March of Dimes Philanthropy, supporting the community at large, finding projects for Club members to participate in or donate to.

An annual summer picnic usually held late June early July where member families can mingle in a laid back atmosphere. 

The club holds this is event each Spring and Fall to sell our club members gently used clothing, toys and equipment. Members have the privilege of shopping the night before the event is open to the public. (See Tag Sale page for more information)

These members only events are planned apart from our normal meetings periodically throughout the year. We have done game or trivia nights, wine tastings and painting or pottery events to name a few. 

Members can arrange playgroup meetups at parks, local play spaces or members houses to socialize along with their children.
